Soul Wellness Method is a private coaching practice, blog, and online community that is meant to provide inspiration to anyone who is looking for more wellness in their life. The founder and creative director, Shauna Faulisi, is a Holistic Nutritionist, wellness writer, and has fine tuned the art of staying healthy while traveling. Movement | Sam Garcia
Sam will be leading the movement element of the retreat and we are so excited! A yoga instructor and founder of danceTONE, she will be with us teaching 1-2 classes daily. She’ll be with us the whole trip which will allow her to teach around how the group is feeling and what our bodies are needing that day. Between healthy eating, exploring the unknown, and movement, SWTravels is truly for the thoughtful traveler.
Sam was a professional dancer for 7 years and is 200 hour yoga certified. She has been teaching dance & a variety of fitness methods for 13 years, working with men, women, children, celebrities and all sorts of wonderful clients. She is a certified health coach through IIN. Sam teaches mind body connection through breath and intention. Feeling good is equally as important as looking good, and that’s all dependent on creating a mind body connection. She believes movement is a mirror for the soul!
Dance Tone incorporates dance inspired moves into dynamic sequences for a full body workout. Strengthen your mind, tone your body, and tell your story through movement.
